Job summary

Haller is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our Lititz, PA team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, furnaces (gas & oil), boilers, ductless, geothermal, and more.

You’ll work independently with support, communicate clearly with homeowners, and mentor junior technicians. We offer strong pay, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Residential HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• CFC Certification (Type I & II; Universal preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Comfortable using an iPad and digital service tools.
• Professional customer communication skills.
• Strong pride in workmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
