Neffsville Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians for a full-time role in Lancaster, PA. The position offers a Friday–Monday schedule with four 10-hour shifts, guaranteed hours, overtime opportunities, and strong earning potential up to $70 per hour along with weekly bonuses.

You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of residential or light commercial HVAC experience.
• Availability to work Friday through Monday, four 10-hour shifts.
• Strong HVAC diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical skills.
• Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems, components, and repair techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move HVAC tools, equipment, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance, system inspections, and equipment evaluations.

• Communicate effectively with customers, Dispatch, and team members.

Position Summary

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, including associated thermostats and controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance, system inspections, and equipment evaluations.
• Identify system concerns and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
• Ensure all work meets applicable safety standards, codes, and company procedures.
• Customer Service & Communication
• Deliver a professional, positive customer experience on every service call.
• Clearly explain system issues, recommended solutions, and completed repairs.
• Communicate effectively with customers, Dispatch, and other team members.
• Accurately document work orders, materials used, service findings, and recommendations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and treat customers' homes with care and respect.

Operational Excellence

• Coordinate with Dispatch to support efficient scheduling and routing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company service vehicle.
• Properly operate and maintain company-provided tools and equipment.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
