Job summary

Haller Enterprises is hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician for Lititz, PA. Earn a competitive $100k–$150k annually with a company truck, gas card, and comprehensive benefits.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, and ductless systems, delivering high-quality service to homeowners. You will work independently with strong support from the team, mentor junior technicians, and communicate clearly to build trust

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Residential HVAC Service experience.
• CFC Certification (Type I & II; Universal preferred) required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Professional customer communication skills.
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Work on heat pumps, furnaces (gas & oil), boilers, ductless systems, geothermal, and more.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems

What We're Looking For (REQUIRED)

• 5+ years of Residential HVAC Service experience
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• CFC Certification (Type I & II; Universal preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Comfortable using an iPad and digital service tools
• Professional customer communication skills
• Strong pride in workmanship and attention to detail
