Job summary

Haller Enterprises in Lititz, PA is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain a variety of home systems. You’ll work with heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, ductless and geothermal setups, building trust with homeowners through clear communication and quality workmanship.

This role requires 5+ years of residential HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, and CFC certification (Type I/II; Universal preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience required.
• CFC Type I & II certification, universal preferred.
• Valid driver's license with insurable record necessary.
• Comfortable using digital service tools and iPad for diagnostics.
• Strong customer communication and workmanship pride expected.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems in the field.
• Work on heat pumps, furnaces (gas & oil), boilers, and ductless systems.
• Provide clear homeowner explanations and professional service.
• Identify issues early to prevent costly breakdowns.
• Work independently with team support and share expertise with juniors.

$30-$35/hr DOE + commission, spiffs & overtime

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Work on heat pumps, furnaces (gas & oil), boilers, ductless systems, geothermal, and more
• Build trust with homeowners through clear communication and professional service
• Identify issues early to prevent costly breakdowns
• Work independently in the field with full support from our team
• Provide guidance and share expertise with junior technicians

What We're Looking For (REQUIRED)

• 5+ years of Residential HVAC Service experience
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• CFC Certification (Type I & II; Universal preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Comfortable using an iPad and digital service tools
• Professional customer communication skills
• Strong pride in workmanship and attention to detail
