Haller Enterprises is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician in York, PA. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC systems while building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• EPA/CFC Certification (Universal preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Comfortable using tablets and mobile technology for service documentation.
• Technical school or associate degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues on commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Identify potential problems before costly failures.

What You’ll Do

As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of commercial HVAC systems while building lasting relationships with customers.

You’ll Work On Equipment Including

• Air conditioning systems
• Air handling units
• Fan coil units
• Chillers
• Boilers
• Pumps
• Cooling towers
• Makeup Air Units (MAUs)
• Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs)
• Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHPs)
• HVAC control systems
• Commercial refrigeration equipment
• Exhaust systems
• And much more

In This Role, You’ll

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
• Identify potential problems before they become costly failures
• Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience (Required)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Pride in delivering quality workmanship
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• EPA/CFC Certification (Universal preferred)
• Comfortable using tablets and mobile technology for service documentation
• Technical school or associate degree is a plus but not required
