Responsibilities

• Perform service, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
• Diagnose heating and cooling issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Service, diagnose, and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems.
• Educate homeowners on system performance and preventive maintenance.
• Complete required documentation and service records accurately and timely.

• Perform service, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
• Diagnose heating and cooling issues and recommendappropriate solutions.
• Service, diagnose, and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems.
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations.
• Educate homeowners on system performance, efficiency improvements, and preventive maintenance in a clear and respectful manner.
• Build strong rapport with customers through professionalism, communication, and respect for their home and time.
• Complete required documentation, invoices, and service records accuratelyandtimely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, company vehicle, and tools.
