Job summary

H&H Mechanical in the Atlanta area is hiring residential HVAC service technicians. This role is based from home with weekly office visits for meetings and truck restock, servicing communities including Austell and surrounding areas.

We offer competitive hourly pay with bonus potential, 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement. Minimum 3 years HVAC experience and EPA certification required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HVAC experience
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Pass a drug test and background check
• EPA Certified

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Maintain and service HVAC systems
• Use of software to report work completed and collect payments
• Effectively manage work flow and day-to-day task.
• Perform superior service, reflecting a positive company image while sustaining a positive attitude with the customers you service.
• Communicate, educate and recommend solutions to customers

Our office is located in Austell, GA. We are looking for Residential service techs. We dispatch you from your home. You will be required to come to the office once a week for meetings and to replenish your truck with parts.

Service areas include, but are not limited to: Acworth, Alpharetta, Atlanta, Canton, Carrollton, Cartersville, Dallas, Decatur, Douglasville, Hiram, Kennesaw, Mableton, Marietta, Powder Springs, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Smyrna, Woodstock

Specialty: Residential and Commercial Service, Maintenance, Replacement, and New Projects. Lots of opportunity to learn multiple aspects of HVAC.

Job Description: Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) technicians install, maintain and repair indoor air quality systems, such as air conditioners. This may include performing warranty services and emergency repairs. This may also include assisting with customers' queries. All work performed must conform to standards per the contractual agreements with the client, as well as code standards and all OSHA codes and regulations. This position will service the greater Atlanta Metro Area.
