Job summary

Cool Air Mechanical, part of TurnPoint Services, is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician for the Greater Metro Atlanta area. This on-the-road role offers a take-home vehicle, company tools, uniforms, and ongoing training.

Compensation includes a performance-based plan with potential to earn $60K–$150K annually, plus benefits. EPA and driver’s licenses are required; Lennox product and Service Titan experience are preferred to help diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems across

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs, maintenance, installations and related in-home service calls for residential and commercial customers

• Prioritize revenue goals and exceed targets
• Maintain professional and organized job site and truck inventory
• Coordinate with dispatch and customer service to ensure service success
• Participate in training and team meetings to stay updated

Role Overview

Residential HVAC Service Technician - No On-Call

Location: Norcross, GA

Pay: $150,000.00 +++ per year

Job description:

Cool Air Mechanical is looking for best in class HVAC Service Technicians in the local market to join our team! Due to our expansive growth, we are looking for HVAC Service Technicians in the Greater Metro Atlanta area.

We are looking for experienced HVAC Service Techs!

No Slow Season!

We have work throughout the entire year even during the slow season!

Our HVAC Technicians are provided with take-home vehicles stocked with company-provided tools, parts, & paid uniforms. Cool Air Mechanical also provides classroom and on-the-job training, and technicians receive a company-issued cell phone and tablet. Technicians can make $60K-$150K + annually with our performance pay plan.

**EPA License Required** Service Titan experience preferred** Lennox product experience preferred** Valid Driver's License required** Water Source and Geo experience is a plus

Multiple Shifts Available!

Responsibilities:

• Complete HVAC repairs, maintenance, installations and other related in-home service calls for both commercial and residential customers. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems.
• Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, and option sheets.
