Job summary

Bartlett Heating & Cooling, Inc. in Marietta, GA is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to deliver thorough maintenance and responsive service calls. You will diagnose issues, present honest options, and strive to improve customer satisfaction while growing your technical skills.

Schedule: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, 8 AM–5 PM. Valid driver’s license and EPA certification preferred; must live within 30 miles of the Marietta shop.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license + clean driving record.
• Must live within 30 miles of our shop in Marietta.

Responsibilities

• Take great care of the customer.
• Run thorough maintenance & service calls.
• Spot problems — and opportunities.
• Give homeowners clear, honest options.
• Earn the repair when it's the right solution.
• Know when it's time to bring in a Project Manager.
• Make a great handoff.

The Basics

• Residential HVAC experience preferred
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver's license + acceptable driving record
• Comfortable in attics, crawlspaces & Georgia weather
• Able to pass pre-employment screening
• Must live within 30 miles of our shop in Marietta
