About the Role

Aire Serv of North Atlanta is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate has 5 or more years of hands‑on experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC maintenance and service.

This is a customer‑facing, residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions. You will succeed here by providing a world‑class experience and caring about the customer's needs.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience as an HVAC service/maintenance technician. Commercial HVAC experience preferred.
• Experience installing HVAC equipment: split systems, mini splits, heat pumps, zoned systems, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, high efficiency and communication systems.
• EPA Universal and NATE certifications required (additional HVAC certifications preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
• Proven experience using trade business management software (Service Titan as preferred).
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics and crawl spaces).
• Process oriented. Willing and able to learn.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver world‑class service and experience for our customers.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure peak system performance and efficiency.
• Lead or assist on installation of new equipment for either residential or commercial.
• Advise on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans.
• Communicate clearly with customers about their system issues and explain options.
• Complete service tickets, reports, and maintain records using company‑provided technology.
• Uphold OSHA safety standards and comply with EPA regulations and industry codes.
• Professional appearance and personality: represent the company professionally in the field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
