Bartlett Heating & Cooling Inc. in Marietta, GA is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, communicate, solve problems, and take care of homeowners. Earn 90k–200k+ with potential growth.

You’ll work from home with dispatch support in a company truck environment and a focus on honest options and great service. Candidates should have 3+ years’ residential HVAC experience, EPA certification, strong troubleshooting skills, and be within 30 miles of our shop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience in single-family homes
• EPA Certification required
• NATE Certification preferred
• Strong diagnostic & troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license + acceptable driving record
• Able to pass pre-employment screening
• Comfortable in attics, crawlspaces & Georgia weather
• Must live within 30 miles of our shop in Marietta
