Blue Dot Heating, Air Conditioning in Columbia, MD is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians. You will diagnose, service, and repair home comfort systems inside customers' homes, including attics and crawl spaces, and work independently to deliver quality workmanship.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service tech experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass background and drug screening.
• Access to attics/crawl spaces and ability to lift heavy equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
• Perform service and repairs on: Split systems
• Heat pumps
• Gas furnaces
• Boilers (gas/oil where applicable)
• Air handlers
• Thermostats / zoning controls
• Indoor air quality components (humidifiers, UV lights, filtration, etc.)
• Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigerant, ignition, venting, and control issues
• Document diagnostics, recommended repairs, and completed work in the system
