Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to diagnose and repair residential systems independently.
• ServiceTitan familiarity and strong customer communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch directly from home to residential service calls.
• Diagnose HVAC issues and perform efficient repairs.
• Document work accurately.
• Communicate solutions clearly to homeowners.
• Identify preventative repair opportunities when appropriate.
• Maintain an organized truck and a professional job site.
