Aire Serv is seeking an HVAC Service Technician Supervisor to lead a residential service team. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain home HVAC systems, while selling recommended solutions to homeowners and guiding projects from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, a professional image, strong communication, and the ability to train junior technicians. This role offers growth into management and a path to leadership within our local team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance and installation.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and office team.
• Professional appearance and personality.
• Have your own tools and be prepared to work with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide system maintenance; consult with clients to diagnose issues.
• Advise on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans.
• Oversee projects from start to finish; collect scope of work and schedule with homeowners.
• Direct and train junior technicians and grow their capabilities.
• Be on call for nights and weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
• Deliver world-class service and an outstanding customer experience.
