Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service, maintenance and installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and office team.
• Professional appearance and personality.
• Have your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide system maintenance – diagnose and fix issues.
• Advise on system upgrades and service plans.
• Oversee projects from start to finish – scope, materials, scheduling.
• Direct and train junior technicians.
• On call for nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Deliver world-class service and customer experience.
