Job summary

Aire Serv of Smith County is seeking an HVAC Service Technician Supervisor to lead residential HVAC service and install projects in customers' homes. You’ll own large projects, mentor junior technicians, and ensure world-class service while meeting client needs.

The role emphasizes customer-facing skills, project management, and the opportunity to grow into technician management over time. Paid training and incentives are offered based on performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service, maintenance and installation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and office team.
• Professional appearance and personality.
• Have your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide system maintenance – consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, diagnose and fix the issue.
• Advise on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans – offer recommendations for best solutions.
• Oversee projects from start to finish – collect scope of work, order materials and schedule homeowner appointments.
• Direct & train junior technicians – guide and develop junior staff.
• On call for nights & weekends – part of a rotating schedule.
• Deliver world-class service – provide an amazing customer experience.
