Aire Serv of Smith County is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician Supervisor to lead a team while performing residential service, maintenance, and installations in customers’ homes. You’ll manage projects from start to finish, meet with homeowners, and recommend solutions with a focus on world-class service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential HVAC experience, strong communication, a professional image, and the ability to mentor technicians.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service, maintenance and installation experience.
• Excellent communication with customers and office team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Have your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform system maintenance for HVAC units and talk with customers about options.
• Advise on system upgrades and service plans to improve comfort and air quality.
• Oversee projects from start to finish, including ordering materials and scheduling with homeowners.
• Direct and train junior technicians and support their development.
• Be on call for nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Deliver world-class service and an amazing customer experience.
