Summit Heating & Air in Marietta, GA is seeking an HVAC Comfort Consultant for residential sales. You will conduct in-home consultations, assess heating and cooling needs, and tailor recommendations to home layouts, comfort goals, and budget.

This role offers base salary plus commission with strong earning potential—official estimates of $120,000 to $220,000+ annually. You’ll enjoy take-home company vehicle, uniforms, devices, and sales tools, plus insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consultative sales experience.
• In-home sales experience preferred; training will be provided.
• Valid driver's license and driving record.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb a 12-foot ladder, and work in attics.
• Excellent time management, organization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage and maintain a sales pipeline.
• HVAC or related industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Conducting in-home consultations with homeowners.
• Assessing heating and cooling needs and recommending solutions that align with the customer's home, comfort goals, and budget.
• Explaining HVAC systems, accessories, and indoor air quality solutions in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
• Maintaining professional, timely, and effective communication with both customers and team members.
• Staying connected with customers from the initial consultation through the sales and installation process.
• Participating in hands-on training covering sales techniques, equipment, and installation fundamentals.
• Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Representing the company at sponsored events, including golf tournaments, tailgates, community events, and other marketing activities.
