Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass both a background check and drug screening.
• EPA universal refrigerant handling licensure.
• Be able to use an ipad and phone for job finalizations.
• Willingness to attend required trainings and invest in the necessary tools.
• Be capable of understanding client needs, and continuously learn through training from suppliers, trade shows, seminars, and other employees.
• Physically capable of completing job-related motions and tasks.
• Must be positive, friendly, and have a good work ethic.
