Job summary

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company in Broomall, PA is seeking a full-time HVAC Lead Service Technician who can deliver the best customer experience while training and guiding other technicians as you complete quality repairs and maintenance.

The position includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus, a competitive hourly wage, and extensive benefits: 100% company-paid medical, dental, life, disability; a 401(k) with full match up to 3%; PTO, holidays, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• On call required; some nights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screen.
• EPA Universal refrigerant handling license, Type II.
• HVAC Certification or diploma from trade school or equivalent.
• Proficient with iPad and smartphone for job finalizations.
• Willingness to attend required trainings and invest in tools.
• Capable of understanding client needs and learning from others.
• Physically able to complete job tasks.
• Positive, friendly, and professional appearance.
• Capable of keeping an organized, clean, and stocked truck.
