DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician Lead who can deliver the best customer experience while training and assisting other technicians as you complete quality repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC technician experience.
• EPA universal refrigerant handling licensure.

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN LEAD

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass both a background check and drug screening
• EPA universal refrigerant handling licensure
• Be able to work with an ipad and phone for job finalizations
• Willingness to attend required trainings and invest in the necessary tools that the job requires
• Be capable of understanding client needs. Continuously learn through training from suppliers, trade shows, seminars, independent study, and other employees
• Physically capable of completing job-related motions and tasks
• Must be positive, friendly, and have a good work ethic
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Are you passionate about safety?
• Do you have good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively?
