DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician Lead who can deliver exceptional customer experiences while training and assisting other technicians on quality repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• EPA universal refrigerant handling licensure.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Be able to work with an iPad and smartphone for job finalizations.
• Willingness to attend required trainings and invest in the necessary tools.
• Understand client needs and learn through ongoing training and collaboration.
• Physically capable of completing job-related motions and tasks.
• Positive, friendly, and have a professional appearance.

Responsibilities
