Carolina Air in Carthage, NC seeks an experienced Residential HVAC Lead Installer to lead installation projects and mentor junior technicians. You will ensure high quality workmanship, read blueprints, and communicate clearly with homeowners about system operation.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in residential HVAC installation, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll join a team focused on safety, efficiency, and customer service with opportunities for growth.

• 3–5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Proven leadership experience or readiness to step into a lead role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• EPA Certification (required).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions.

Position Summary:

Carolina Air is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for leading installation projects, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring high-quality workmanship on every job.
