Carolina Conditions in Lexington, SC is seeking an HVAC Install Technician - Lead to drive high-quality residential installations and mentor junior techs. You will inspect, install, and service HVAC systems, while collaborating across departments to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years residential HVAC installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment.
• Pass drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.
• Cooperate with other departments to continually improve process and information flow.
• For each installation job, request necessary parts and equipment in advance and verify truck is loaded with all materials.
• Document work performed in accordance with company procedure.
• Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge.
• Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date.
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.

What You'll Do:

• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager

What You Need:

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Valid local driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment.
• Must pass a drug screen, background record and motor vehicle record
