You’ll lead a crew through RTUs, split systems, VRF, and VAV, ensuring precise ductwork, refrigerant lines, and balanced air distribution while upholding highest workmanship standards.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. A clean driving record, ability to lift 25+ lbs, and EPA Universal Card are required.

You kick off with a review of plans, align your crew on the blueprint, then map out duct runs and lay out materials. The rest of your day blends hands‑on installs—RTUs, split systems, VRF, and VAV with precision tasks like setting controls, pulling and brazing refrigeration lines, and balancing air distribution. You verify every detail, coach your team for quality craftsmanship, and leave the homeowner with a system you’re proud to stand behind.
