Integrity Heating & Cooling in Charlotte, NC is seeking an HVAC Installer with at least 3 years of residential experience who is ready to grow into a leadership role. You will install systems, troubleshoot issues, and work with a team to deliver quality, on-time projects.

You'll collaborate with dispatch and management, maintain accurate installation records, and mentor junior installers as you develop leadership skills while advancing your career with our training and growth opportunities.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Leadership experience or strong desire to develop leadership skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused attitude
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• EPA certification preferred
• Preferred or willingness to obtain: NATE certification, experience with Trane, Lennox, or similar systems, OSHA training

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs., work in attics/crawlspaces, and handle ladders and tools
• Comfortable working on ladders and in tight spaces
• Ability to handle tools, equipment, and repetitive physical tasks
