HVAC Star Plus in Wilmington, NC is seeking an experienced residential project/install lead to manage on-site installations from blueprint review to commissioning. You’ll lead a crew through RTUs, split systems, VRF, and VAV, ensuring precise ductwork, refrigerant lines, and balanced air distribution while upholding highest workmanship standards.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. A clean driving record, ability to lift 25+ lbs, and EPA Universal Card are required.
