Charlotte Mechanical is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our Raleigh, NC team focusing on multi-family residential construction. You will install air handlers, furnaces, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment on active job sites.

Experience with residential HVAC installations, ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship are essential. Expect on-site work with collaborating teams to meet project schedules.

• Experience installing residential HVAC equipment in new construction.
• Ability to read blueprints, installation drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Install air handlers, furnaces, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment in new multi-family residential buildings.
• Install flex duct, metal ductwork, boots, ceiling registers, grilles, and diffusers.
• Assist with refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and ventilation components as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints and installation drawings.
• Ensure installations comply with standards and building codes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain schedules.
