Job summary

Charlotte Mechanical, LLC is seeking an HVAC Superintendent for multi-family construction in the Raleigh, NC area. You will lead HVAC installation activities, manage foremen and subcontractors, and drive safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.

The role requires at least 5 years of supervisory experience with HVAC construction, strong leadership, and coordination of crews, materials, and equipment. We offer competitive compensation and benefits in a growing firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising commercial or multi-family HVAC construction.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, equipment installation and controls.
• Proven leadership experience managing field crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications and mechanical plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise HVAC foremen, field personnel, and subcontractors.
• Plan and coordinate all HVAC installation activities from start to finish.
• Review drawings, schedules, and budgets; coordinate manpower and materials.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to codes on every jobsite.
• Coordinate startup, testing, balancing, and commissioning of systems.
