Reporting to the lead installer, you will read plans, install ductwork and equipment, perform startups, and ensure systems function correctly. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Experience installing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to read installation instructions, schematics, and equipment specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work safely, efficiently, and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems per manufacturer specs and local codes.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, package units, mini-splits, and other equipment.
• Connect ductwork, refrigerant lines, condensate drains, gas lines, and electrical components.
• Perform equipment startups, testing, and system commissioning.
• Read and interpret HVAC plans, installation manuals, and equipment specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Explain basic system operation and maintenance to customers.
• Complete installation paperwork and required checklists.
