Job summary

Charlotte Mechanical is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer for our Residential Division to install HVAC systems in homes, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role includes installing air handlers, ductwork, and ceiling registers, and requires teamwork with other trades to complete projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate will apply HVAC installation best practices, demonstrate problem solving, and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems, including air handlers, flex duct systems, and ceiling registers.
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures related to heating, water, and drainage systems.
• Work on ladders up to 6 feet in height.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards and local codes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
