Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience.
• EPA 608 Certification is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure proper system layout.
• Connect electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and ductwork to new and replacement systems.
• Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning to verify proper operation.
• Collaborate with service technicians and project managers to meet installation timelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and adhere to all local codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers and address any on-site concerns.
