Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years HVAC installation experience.
• Residential change-outs and code-compliant installations.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including heat pumps, split systems, furnaces, air handlers and related equipment.
• Perform complete system replacements and change-outs.
• Braze refrigerant lines, evacuate, charge systems and complete system start-ups.
• Install and modify ductwork to meet specifications.
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and applicable codes.
• Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and document installation accurately.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and teammates.
