Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Strong residential change-out experience.
• Ability to complete installations with minimal supervision.
• Experience with brazing, evacuation, charging, and system start-up.
• Working knowledge of ductwork and airflow.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions.
• Ability to lift and maneuver HVAC equipment.
• Professional attitude and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Install residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, split systems, furnaces, air handlers, package units, and related equipment
• Perform complete system replacements and change-outs
• Braze refrigerant lines, pull vacuums, charge systems, and complete system start-ups
• Install and modify ductwork as needed
