Jetson in Nashville, TN is seeking experienced HVAC Installers who take pride in their craft to install heat pump systems in residential homes.

You will remove aging gas equipment, install heat pumps, and ensure code compliance while delivering a standout customer experience. Ideal candidates have HVACR license, EPA 608, and the ability to read blueprints; strong communication and safety discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• License (HVACR) and EPA 608 certification required or in progress.
• Follows OSHA standards.
• Clear communication with customers.
• Physical stamina for heavy equipment.
• Ability to work independently or with a crew.

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump installs from start to finish, removing gas equipment and leaving a clean space.
• Perform refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and proper charging with care.
• Prepare spaces after removal to start the new install smoothly.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to install accurately and troubleshoot confidently.
• Stay current with local building codes and ensure compliance before wrap.
• Deliver standout customer experience by answering questions clearly.
• Catch quality issues early and flag corrections.
• Maintain organized, stocked vehicles and warehouse daily.
• Collaborate with fellow installers and engineering to improve processes.
