Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification.
• Experience with equipment changeouts, duct modifications, brazing, charging, and system startup.
• Strong understanding of airflow and installation best practices.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and installation specifications.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits.
• Remove and replace existing equipment while protecting the customer's home.
• Perform retrofit installations and system upgrades.
• Modify and install ductwork as needed to ensure proper system performance.
• Complete equipment startup, charging, airflow verification, and operational testing.
• Maintain clean, organized jobsites from start to finish.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Work alongside apprentices and helpers while helping develop the next generation of technicians.
• Represent the company with professionalism and pride on every job.

$29.00 - $37.00/hour | Steady Work Year-Round | No Nights, No Weekends

What You'll Be Doing

As a member of our installation team, you will:

• Install residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and related components

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification
• Experience with equipment changeouts, duct modifications, brazing, charging, and system startup
• Strong understanding of airflow and installation best practices
