Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including heat pumps, split systems, furnaces, air handlers and related equipment.
• Perform complete system replacements and change-outs.
• Braze refrigerant lines, evacuate, charge systems and complete system start-ups.
• Install and modify ductwork to meet specifications.
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and applicable codes.
• Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and document installation accurately.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and teammates.

About this position

Clark HVAC is hiring an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, is dependable, and has the experience to complete residential HVAC installations correctly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Install residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, split systems, furnaces, air handlers, package units, and related equipment
• Perform complete system replacements and change-outs
• Braze refrigerant lines, pull vacuums, charge systems, and complete system start-ups
• Install and modify ductwork as needed
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and applicable codes
• Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Complete installation paperwork and documentation accurately
• Work closely with other installers, technicians, and office staff

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• Strong residential change-out experience
• Ability to complete installations with minimal supervision
• Experience with brazing, evacuation, charging, and system start-up
• Working knowledge of ductwork and airflow
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift and maneuver HVAC equipmentProfessional attitude and good communication skills
