MEYER HEATING AND COOLING LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to install residential and commercial heating and cooling systems, fabricate ductwork, and perform diagnostics and repairs. You will work on service-related tasks and maintain a well-stocked service vehicle while communicating professionally with customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of HVAC installation experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a dependable work ethic.

Position Summary

The HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair work as needed
• Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork
• Maintain service vehicles, equipment, tools, and inventory
• Complete all work accurately, safely, and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding work performed and recommendations
• Support team members and assist with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional HVAC experience
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry equipment and materials up to 50 pounds
• Demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Valid Social Security card
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
