Elite Heating and Cooling is hiring an HVAC Installer for its install team. This role is ideal for someone who already has foundational HVAC knowledge through tech school or at least two years of field experience and is ready to continue building a long‑term career. The work supports both residential and commercial installs and offers the chance to learn alongside an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with HVAC system installations for residential and commercial jobs
• Install equipment, ductwork, and related components
• Follow installation plans, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Support lead installers and contribute to efficient project completion
• Keep tools, materials, and job sites organized
• Represent the company professionally in the field
