Job summary
Doll Services, Inc. is seeking a St. Louis County licensed Journeyman Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team in the St.
Louis area. This role focuses on installing commercial heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation systems for our clients, with emphasis on adherence to safety and professional standards. Role includes retrofit/change-out installations, boiler/chiller work, sheet metal fabrication on site, and gas piping.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- ST. Louis county Journeyman License.
- Chiller and boiler installation experience.
- EPA Certification or acquire during employment.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
- Experience with HVAC low voltage systems - wiring up equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install commercial HVAC retrofit / change out installations.
- Install boiler and chiller systems.
- Perform on-site sheet metal fabrication as needed.
- Install gas piping and related components.
- Provide excellent customer service.

This position installs commercial heating/cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.

Pay: $40.00 - $48.23 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime

- Commercial HVAC retrofit / change out installations
- Boiler and Chiller installations
- Sheet metal fabrication on site as needed
- Installing gas pipe
- Excellent customer service
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- ST. Louis county Journeyman License
- Chiller and boiler installation experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA Certification or acquire during employment
- Sheet metal fabrication experience for on-site transitions
- Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems, spiral, flex etc.
- Proficient in installing Gas Pips, Refrigeration Pipe etc.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Configuring controls
- Experience with HVAC low voltage systems - wiring up equipment
- Certification of completion from an HVAC technical school / 2-year degree
- Willingness to continue education in specialty HVAC equipment needed
- Daikin and / or Mitsubishi VRF/VRV Certified
- Walk-in cooler experience
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
