Job summary

Energy Services is hiring a Residential HVAC Installer to join our seasoned installation team. The role requires at least 1 year of HVAC experience and offers weekly pay, steady year-round work, company tools, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• > 1 year HVAC experience required.
• Residential HVAC installation experience strongly preferred.
• Basic understanding of residential heating and cooling systems.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to continue learning the trade.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude.
• Professional and respectful communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and complete installations of residential heating and cooling equipment.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, coils, thermostats, and related HVAC equipment.
• Work alongside experienced HVAC professionals to ensure installations are completed safely and correctly.
• Remove and properly dispose of existing HVAC equipment.
• Assist with start-ups, testing, and final system checks.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites while respecting customers’ homes.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
• Follow manufacturer specifications, local codes, safety requirements, and company installation standards.
• Continue developing your technical skills through hands-on experience and company training.
