Ideal Air Conditioning & Insulation is seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee daily operations across sales, service, installation, and admin teams in the Phoenix area. You will partner with ownership to drive profitable growth while upholding quality and customer satisfaction.

You will develop managers, monitor KPIs, manage vendor relationships, and implement ServiceTitan usage across the organization. A background check and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of senior leadership experience in a residential home services company.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, gross margins, and KPI know-how.
• Proven ability to coach managers and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across sales, service, installation, and admin teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop department managers to meet performance goals.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and employee development; drive accountability.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure accountability for results across departments.
• Maintain high customer service standards and manage vendor relationships.
• Review financial reports and guide strategic decisions with ownership.
