Job summary

Advanced Air in Thatcher, AZ is seeking an HVAC Install Manager to own the residential installation department end to end, including crews, board, margin, and workmanship. This P&L leadership role focuses on gross margin, quality control, and developing a high-performing team.

You will lead hiring, training, coaching, and safety, run monthly budgets, monitor A/R, conduct daily huddles, and ensure first-time inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in a service industry with a proven revenue objective track record.
• Experience analyzing cost and forecast data to align with business objectives including job costing and operations P&L.
• Strong understanding of laws governing business and employment in the local area.

Responsibilities

• Exceed budgeted monthly gross margin dollars in Residential HVAC Installation.
• Exceed budgeted monthly quality control KPIs.
• Set clear expectations and accountability with your team to drive efficiency and protect work-life balance.
• Maintain A/R below 5% of monthly revenue for the HVAC Installation department.
• Lead and develop the HVAC Install team through hiring, training, coaching, and discipline.
