By mid-day, you handle a cooling performance call, then a tune-up, documenting findings and recommending smart fixes. Earnings, incentives, and sign-on

• Base pay up to $40/hour with an additional bonus plan in addition to base pay.
• Our HVAC Service experts can earn up to $40+/hr with bonuses and incentives.
• With our tools, resources, and training, technicians are able to make over $48 per hour.
• Our best technicians make over $100,000.00 per year.
• Up to $5K sign on bonus.
