AA Service Co in Northbrook, IL, is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service residential systems. Earn $25-$32 per hour with incentives, sign-on bonus up to $3,000, and a take-home truck.

Qualifications

• Residential heating/cooling experience.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
• Upsell replacement options when applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented and able to pitch in as needed.
• Proficient with scheduling and invoicing software.
• Must be able to climb ladders and lift 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide HVAC diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for residential systems.
• Educate customers on system operation and energy-saving tips.
• Achieve high first-time fix rate with prepared tool and parts package.
• Maintain accurate service call records in ServiceTitan.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
• Identify upsell opportunities and propose service plans.
