Catholic Charities of Tompkins/Tioga is seeking a Residential Assistant to provide operational and administrative support for all transitional housing units. You will oversee housing operations, logistics, and must maintain organized resident files and program data.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human service or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience working in a residential setting.
• Experience with culturally diverse populations and low to moderate income.
• Proficiency in MS Office; willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Manage housing finances, including rent collection and paying site bills.
• Track rent payments and assist with DSS rent assistance applications.
• Coordinate purchasing for residential operations (supplies, food, etc.).
• Assist Residential Director with invoicing and financial documentation.
