Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Prior experience with medically fragile individuals is preferred.
• Obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification.
• Obtain and maintain Certified Medical Technician certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, train, and supervise direct support staff in residential and community settings.
• Ensure appropriate staff coverage for the home.
• Complete required agency documentation accurately and on time.
• Address staff performance issues professionally and confidentially.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure quality medical care.
