Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers and guide to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments; open to learning new systems and approaches.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust: become a reliable advisor customers can count on during and after the sale.
• Customize each system to fit client’s space and lifestyle, combining security, automation, and life safety.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating new sales leads.
