ADT Security Services is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to visit customer homes, demonstrate the value of smart home security solutions, and tailor installations. You’ll build trust, consult on integrated security and automation, and drive referrals after installations.

The role rewards performance with uncapped commissions and substantial training, with first-week earnings and ongoing incentive potential. Travel within territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with customers as a trusted advisor.
• Customize each security system to fit client space and needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
