Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience; ICF/IID experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid NC driver's license.
• Clean criminal background and health care registry check.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Direct Support Professionals, Medication technicians and Supervisors on all shifts.
• Ensure safety and well-being of clients at all times and that duties are met daily.
• Monitor ICF/IID regulations and company policies in daily operations.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and maintain attendance/expense records.
